2GR-FE STARTING: STARTER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL STARTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the starter with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 37 Nm (377 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the starter connector.

(c) Install the terminal nut and cover the nut with the cap.

Torque : 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 87 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

5. INSTALL INLET NO. 1 AIR CLEANER Installation

6. INSTALL BATTERY Installation

7. INSTALL INLET NO. 2 AIR CLEANER Installation

8. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
