JF3A TRANSFER / 4WD / AWD: TRANSFER ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL TRANSFER ASSEMBLY






(a) Install the transfer with the 8 bolts.
Torque: 40 Nm (408 kgf-cm, 30 ft-lbf)
NOTE: Take care not to damage the rear adaptor oil seal with the transfer input gear spline.

2. INSTALL AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION (for A750F)
(a) Install the automatic transmission with transfer assembly .
3. INSTALL AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION (for AB60F)
(a) Install the automatic transmission with transfer assembly Installation.
4. ADD TRANSFER OIL Service and Repair

5. CHECK TRANSFER OIL Testing and Inspection

6. INSPECT FOR TRANSFER OIL LEAK
