ABS Hydraulic Modulator Assembly
Hydraulic modulator assemblyWARNING! The ABS modulator assembly is capable of "self-pressurizing" up to 210 bar (3045 p.s.i). Serious injury may result if you service the unit without properly depressurizing it. Depress brake pedal 25 to 35 times with ignition switch in OFF position to depressurize system.

12 - 10 Nm (7 ft lb)
13 - Pressure accumulator
45 Nm (33 ft lb)
coat O-ring with brake fluid before installing
14 - O-ring
always replace
coat with brake fluid before installing accumulator
15 - Brake line
pump to modulator
16 - Hydraulic pump
17 - Connecting hose
18 - Pressure warning switch
25 Nm (18 ft lb)
coat O-ring with brake fluid before installing
19 - 0-ring
always replace
20 - Bracket
21 - 25 Nm (18 ft lb)
22 - 25 Nm (18 ft lb)
23 - Seal
