U660E AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION / TRANSAXLE: OIL COOLER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER

(a) Install the transmission oil cooler and transmission oil cooler stay to the front engine mounting bracket with the 3 bolts.

Torque : 14 Nm (138 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the No. 3 water by-pass hose, No. 4 water by-pass hose, No. 1 oil cooler outlet hose and No. 1 oil cooler inlet hose to the transmission oil cooler.

3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

5. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL INLET NO. 2 AIR CLEANER Installation

7. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

8. ADD ENGINE COOLANT Service and Repair

9. ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID

Replacement

10. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK Testing and Inspection
