LIGHTING: HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION
HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the RH and LH sides.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.





1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Connect the connectors with the headlight.
(b) Install the 3 screws and bolt.
Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)
2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY UPPER
(a) Install the reinforcement with the 2 bolts.
(b) Connect the 2 horns connectors.
3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER Installation

4. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER Installation

5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH Installation

6. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH Installation

7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
8. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING
(a) Adjust the headlight aiming Adjustments.
