Control Assembly Replace

HVAC Control Assembly:

Vacuum Harness Connector:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Instrument Panel (I/P) trim plate.
2. Heater and A/C control screws, and slide assembly rearward.
3. Electrical connector.
4. Vacuum harness connector.
5. Heater and A/C control from vehicle.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Vacuum harness connector.
2. Electrical connector to heater and A/C control.
3. Screws after positioning heater and A/C control.
- Tighten screws to 1.9 Nm (17 lb. in.).
