Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the front floor console trim plate. Refer to Front Floor Console Trim Plate Replacement (Front Floor Console Trim Plate Replacement).
2. Pull the instrument panel (IP) accessory trim plate away from the IP trim pad.
3. Disconnect the IP harness seat heater leads, if equipped.
4. Remove the seat heater switches from the IP accessory trim plate, if equipped.
5. Remove the IP accessory trim plate.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the seat heater switches to the IP accessory trim plate, if equipped.
2. Connect the IP harness seat heater leads, if equipped.
3. Align the IP accessory trim plate retainers to the openings in the IP trim pad.
4. Press the IP accessory trim plate to the IP trim pad. Make sure the retainers are fully seated.
5. Install the front floor console trim plate. Refer to Front Floor Console Trim Plate Replacement (Front Floor Console Trim Plate Replacement).
