Fuel Tank Filler Door Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Open the fuel filler door.
2. Remove the fuel filler pocket. Refer to Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Replacement (Removal and Replacement).




3. Remove the fuel filler door to body nuts.
4. Remove the fuel filler door from the body.

Installation Procedure




1. Align the fuel filler door to the fuel filler door alignment holes in the body.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the fuel filler door to body nuts.

Tighten the fuel filler door to body nuts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).

3. Install the fuel filler pocket. Refer to Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Replacement (Removal and Replacement).
4. Close the fuel filler door.
