A/C High Refrigerant Temperature Sensor

DESCRIPTION
The high Refrigerant Temperature sensor is located in the high pressure refrigerant liquid line between the condenser and orifice tube.

OPERATION
By monitoring the refrigerant temperature, the PCM can determine the pressure based upon the pressure-temperature relationship of R-134a.
