CLUTCH PEDAL INSPECTION

Clutch Pedal Height Inspection





1. Measure the distance from the upper surface of the pedal pad.

Clutch pedal height (Reference Value): 210 - 216 mm (8.27 - 8.50 in)

2. Adjust the height if necessary.

Clutch Pedal Free Play Inspection





1. Depress the clutch pedal by hand until clutch resistance is felt.

Clutch pedal free play: 1.0 - 3.0 mm (0.04 - 0.11 in)

2. Adjust the free play if necessary.
