Installation

BRAKE CONTROL / DYNAMIC CONTROL SYSTEMS: YAW RATE AND DECELERATION SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL YAW RATE SENSOR
(a) Connect the sensor connector and then attach the clamp to the hole of the sensor bracket.
NOTICE:
Securely connect the connector.

(b) Install the yaw rate sensor with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 15 Nm (148 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf)
NOTICE:
- Make sure that the sensor is oriented correctly.
- If the sensor is dropped, replace it.
- When installing the sensor, make sure to avoid impacts to the sensor.





2. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Cool Box)
(a) Install the rear console box sub-assembly Installation.
3. INSTALL COOLING BOX ASSEMBLY (w/ Cool Box)
(a) Install the cooling box assembly Installation.
4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Cool Box)
(a) Install the front seat assembly LH Installation.
5. CHARGE REFRIGERANT (w/ Cool Box) Service and Repair

6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

7. WARM UP ENGINE (w/ Cool Box) Service and Repair

8. CHECK FOR REFRIGERANT GAS LEAK (w/ Cool Box) Service and Repair

9. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL (w/ Cool Box) Installation

10. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH (w/ Cool Box) Installation

11. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH (w/ Cool Box) Installation

12. PERFORM YAW RATE SENSOR ZERO POINT CALIBRATION
(a) Perform the yaw rate sensor zero point calibration Calibration.
13. CHECK YAW RATE SENSOR SIGNAL
(a) Check the yaw rate sensor signal Test Mode Procedure.
