SEAT: LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.
HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the LH side and RH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.

1. INSTALL LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the lumbar support adjuster with the 2 screws.
(b) Connect the lumbar support adjuster connector.

(c) Attach the 4 hooks to install the seatback spring.
(d) Install the 4 springs.
2. INSTALL SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL CONTROLLER (w/ Climate Control Seat System) Reassembly

3. INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD
(a) Install the seatback cover with pad to the seatback frame.

(b) Install the seatback cover bracket to the seat frame with the nut.
Torque: 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf)
CAUTION:
After the seatback cover is assembled, make sure the side airbag strap is not twisted.

(e) w/o Climate Control Seat System:
Connect the seat heater connector and attach the 2 wire harness clamps.
(f) w/ Climate Control Seat System:

(1) Attach the 2 claws to connect the duct.

(2) Connect the seat heater connector and attach the 3 wire harness clamps.

5. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Reassembly

6. INSTALL FRONT INNER SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH Reassembly

7. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH Installation

8. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH Disassembly

9. INSTALL RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB Reassembly

10. INSTALL SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB Reassembly

11. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Install the front seat assembly Installation.
12. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation
