Removal

Left and Right-Hand Banks
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

Left-Hand Bank
2. Remove the valve cover.

Right-Hand Bank
3. Remove the intake manifold.
4. Remove the valve cover.

Left and Right-Hand Banks







5. Remove the variable camshaft timing control solenoid.

Installation







1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
