Removal Procedure
1. Disable the SIR system.
2. Remove the passenger front seat back cover. 3. Disconnect the Inflatable Restraint side impact module electrical connector (3).
4. Remove the Inflatable Restraint Side Impact Module fasteners (1).
5. Remove the Inflatable Restraint Side Impact Module (2).

Installation Procedure
1. Install the Inflatable Restraint Side Impact Module (2).
2. Install the Inflatable Restraint Side Impact Module fasteners (1).
3. Connect the Inflatable Restraint Side Impact Module electrical connector (3).
4. Install the passenger front seat back cover.
5. Enable the SIR system.
