Without Air Conditioning

Air Distribution Components:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Battery ground cable.
2. Drain cooling system into suitable container.
3. Coolant inlet and outlet hoses from heater core.
4. Heater outlet deflector from heater assembly.
5. Heater core cover from heater assembly.
6. Heater core and retaining straps.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Heater core and retaining straps.
2. Heater core cover to heater assembly.
3. Heater outlet deflector to heater assembly.
4. Coolant inlet and outlet hoses to heater core.
5. Fill cooling system.
6. Battery ground cable.
