Front Hub

Removal

1. Raise vehicle on hoist.
2. Remove wheel and tire assembly.
3. Remove brake caliper.
4. Remove hub grease cap, cotter pin, spindle nut and washer and remove hub and disk. Do not drop wheel bearings.
It is not necessary to separate the front disc and hub since they are serviced as an assembly only.

Installation

1. Follow Removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Adjust wheel bearings.
3. Bleed the system.
4. Install wheel and tire assemblies and lower vehicle.
