NOTE:
- Check the vehicle battery condition first Battery Test.
- This navigation DTC sets when a problem is detected in the XM antenna connection.
- Check any official Honda service website for more service information about the navigation system.
- Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow the General Troubleshooting Information How To Troubleshoot The Navigation System.
- Make sure the vehicle is parked outside, away from buildings.
- Aftermarket electronic devices located near the audio-navigation unit or XM antenna can potentially interfere with the operation of the navigation system.
1. Check for the hard error code How To Troubleshoot The Navigation System.
Is DTC 2607 indicated?
YES -
Do the DTC 2607 troubleshooting 2607.�
NO -
Go to step 2.
2. Clear the hard error code How To Troubleshoot The Navigation System.
3. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), or press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode, then back to ON (II), or press the engine start/stop button to select the ON mode.
4. Press the XM button to select XM mode.
5. Check for the hard error code How To Troubleshoot The Navigation System.
Is DTC 1702 indicated?
YES -
Go to step 6.
NO -
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.�
6. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), or press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode.
7. Check for poor connections or loose terminals at XM receiver connector B (2P).
Is the connection OK?
YES -
Replace the AM/FM/XM antenna Diagrams.�
NO -
Repair poor connections or loose terminals, and recheck.�
