Driveshaft Assembly Overview

• Beginning 07.07 a one piece driveshaft, which can no longer be separated in the center, is being installed.

• Do not perform any service work on the driveshaft.





1 Transmission with bevel box

2 12 point bolt

• For the front flexible disc to the driveshaft.

• M10 x 30

• 50 Nm and 90° additional turn.

• Always replace

3 Front flexible disc

• Installation position: Open side of heat shield faces toward transmission.

4 12 point bolt

• For the flexible disc to the bevel box.

• M10 x 30

• 60 Nm

5 Driveshaft

• Cannot be separated at the joint - arrow -.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Driveshaft ] Driveshaft Through 06.07.

6 Bolt

• 25 Nm

7 Center bearing

• Align it without tension.

8 Bolt

• For the rear flexible disc to the driveshaft.

• 50 Nm and 90° additional turn.

• Always replace

9 Bolt

• For the flexible disc to the rear final drive.

• 60 Nm

10 Flexible disc with vibration dampener

• Heat shield faces the driveshaft.
