Removal and Replacement

Intake Connection with Electrical EGR Vacuum Regulator Solenoid Valve and Potentiometer

Removing

- Remove the intake flap motor (V157) => [ Intake Flap Motor ] Service and Repair.

- Remove noise insulation

- Remove connecting pipe - 6 - from intake connection - 4 -. Do this by removing bolts - 7 -.





- Release connector - 3 - from intake connection - 4 - and pull off.

- Remove bolts - 1 - and remove intake connection - 4 -.

Installing

Installation is performed in reverse order. When doing this note the following:

- Replace the seal - 2 - and the gasket - 5 -.





- Tight the bolt - 1 - to 10 Nm and bolt - 7 - to 22 Nm.

- Install the intake flap motor (V157) => [ Intake Flap Motor ] Service and Repair.
