Disassembly

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: BLOWER UNIT: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE NO. 1 BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly.





2. REMOVE AIR FILTER CASE

(a) Disengage the claw.





(b) Disengage the guide and remove the air filter case as shown in the illustration.

3. REMOVE AIR REFINER ELEMENT

(a) Remove the air refiner element as shown in the illustration.





4. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 3 screws and blower motor with fan sub-assembly.





NOTICE:
When removing the blower motor with fan sub-assembly, do not damage it or allow it to receive an impact.
