DTC C1553 When Resetting Voltage, Vehicle Is Being Driven

Fail safe function:
When this code is identified, stop the steering assist.

Step 1:

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

HINT:
- In case the ECU detects that the ignition switch turns ON - OFF - ON while driving and starting the system, DTC 1553/53 is output.
- Stop the vehicle and start the system by turning the ignition switch OFF - ON. Then DTC 1553/53 will not be output.
