DTC C1553 When resetting voltage, vehicle is being driven

DTC Detection Condition:

Fail safe function:
If there is reselling of the voltage of the vane pump assembly with motor, the vane pump assembly with motor prohibits the EHPS system from operating.

Step 1:

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

HINT:
- In case the ECU detects that the ignition switch turns ON-OFF-ON while driving and starting the system, DTC C1553/53 is output.
- Stop the vehicle and start the system by turning the ignition switch OFF-ON. Then DTC 1553/53 will not be output.
