C0278/11 - Always ON:

HINT:
- Using SST 09843-18020 or 09843-18040, connect terminals Tc and E1 of the DLC1 or Tc and CG of the DLC3, and remove the short pin.
- If no abnormality is found when inspecting parts, inspect the ECU.
- if a malfunction code is displayed during the DTC check, check the circuit listed by code. For details of each code, turn to the respective "DTC No." in the DTC chart.



HINT: There is a case that TOYOTA hand-held tester cannot be used when the ABS warning light is always on.
