REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the front console box assembly Removal.
2. REMOVE TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY
(a) Move the shift lever to N.






(b) Remove the nut and clip, and disconnect the transmission control cable from the automatic transmission.






(c) Remove the nut and disconnect the transmission control cable support.






(d) Disconnect transmission control cable end from the shift lever.






(e) Remove the clip and disconnect the transmission control cable from the shift lever retainer.






(f) Remove the 2 bolts and remove the transmission control cable toward the vehicle interior.
