U151E AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE: TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT NO. 1 AND NO. 2 TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER HOSES





(a) Disconnect the 2 hoses from the 2 No. 1 flexible hose clamps.
(b) Detach the 2 claws to open the 2 automatic transmission oil cooler tube clamps.
(c) Disconnect the 2 hoses from the radiator.
(d) Remove the 2 bolts and 2 No. 1 flexible hose clamps.
(e) Remove the 2 automatic transmission oil cooler tube clamps.






(f) Disconnect the 2 hoses from the transmission oil filler tube and oil cooler tube.






2. DISCONNECT OIL COOLER TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the oil cooler outlet hose from the oil cooler tube and transaxle.
(b) Remove the bolt and oil cooler tube.
3. DISCONNECT OIL COOLER OUTLET HOSE
(a) Disconnect the oil cooler outlet hose from the transaxle.






4. DISCONNECT OIL COOLER INLET HOSE
(a) Disconnect the hose from the transmission oil filler tube and transaxle, and remove it.
