U151E AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE: TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION





1. CONNECT OIL COOLER INLET HOSE
(a) Connect the hose to the transaxle and transmission oil filler tube.






2. INSTALL OIL COOLER TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the tube with the bolt.
Torque: 19 Nm (194 kgf-cm, 14 ft-lbf)
NOTE: Make sure the rotation stopper of the tube contacts the top part of the front engine mounting bracket.





3. CONNECT OIL COOLER OUTLET HOSE
(a) Connect the hose to the transaxle and oil cooler tube.
4. CONNECT NO. 1 AND NO. 2 TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER HOSES





(a) Connect the 2 hoses to the transmission oil filler tube and oil cooler tube.
(b) Install the 2 automatic transmission oil cooler tube clamps to the radiator.





(c) Install the 2 No. 1 flexible hose clamps to the radiator with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)
(d) Connect the 2 hoses to the radiator.
(e) Pass the 2 hoses through the 2 automatic transmission oil cooler tube clamps.
(f) Connect the 2 hoses to the 2 No. 1 flexible hose clamps, and close the 2 clamps.
5. ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID
6. INSPECT AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID
(a) Inspect the automatic transaxle fluid Procedures.
