1. DATA LIST
By reading the DATA LIST displayed on the Techstream, you can check values, including those of the switches, sensors, actuators without removing any parts. Reading the DATA LIST as the first step of troubleshooting is one method of shortening diagnostic time.
(a) Warm up the engine.
(b) Turn the ignition switch OFF.
(c) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(d) Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
(e) Operate the Techstream according to the display on the tester screen and select DATA LIST.
