Control Assembly: Adjustments

HEATER CONTROL CABLES ADJUSTMENT







1. SET HEATER CONTROL LEVERS IN THESE CONDITIONS:
a. Air inlet control lever "FRESH"
b. Mode control lever FACE
c. Temperature control lever "WARM"







2. ADJUST AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE
Set the air inlet damper on "FRESH" position, install the control cable and lock the clamp.
3. ADJUST MODE DAMPER CONTROL CABLE
Set the mode damper on "FACE" position, install the control cable and lock the clamp.







4. ADJUST AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL CABLE
Set the air mix damper on "WARM" position, install the control cable and lock the clamp.







5. ADJUST WATER VALVE CONTROL CABLE
Set the water valve on "WARM" position, install the control cable lock the clamp.
