WM 914419 Removing and installing loudspeaker amplifier

Technical values





Preliminary work

1. Remove front right floor covering. -> 704119 Removing and installing floor covering - section on "Removing"
2. Screw off the four fastening nuts -1- on the front right footrest and remove the footrest.

Voltage peaks

- Risk of damage to load or to the control unit

-> Remove the ignition key and switch off load before disconnecting or removing load.

1. Switch off ignition and remove remote control.
2. Screw off the three fastening nuts -2- on the loudspeaker amplifier and remove the loudspeaker amplifier.

3. Release the connector -3- ( -a- ) and pull it off.

Information

The number of plug connections can vary, depending on equipment.

4. Release the electric plug connections -4- ( -b- ), slide the locking mechanism to the side -A- and pull off the connectors -B-.

Installing loudspeaker amplifier

Information

The number of plug connections can vary, depending on equipment.

1. Plug in the electric plug connections -4- ( -A- ) and close the locking mechanism -B- until it engages securely.

2. Plug in the connector -3- ( -C- ) and close the locking mechanism -D-.
3. Position loudspeaker amplifier and secure with the three fastening nuts -2-. => Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

Subsequent work

1. Position front right footrest and secure with the four fastening nuts -1-.
