Liftgate Pull Strap Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Open the liftgate.




2. Remove the screws (2) from the pull strap (1).
3. Remove the pull strap (1) from the liftgate.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the pull strap (1) to the liftgate.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

2. Install the pull strap screws (2) and tighten to 2 Nm (18 lb in).
3. Close the liftgate.
