Front Fender Liner Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the bolts from the front fender liner at the front bumper fascia.




2. Remove the nut from the stud at rear of front fender liner.
3. Remove the bolt from the front tab of the front fender liner at the lower engine compartment side rail.
4. Remove the bolts from the front fender liner at the rear of fender.
5. Remove the screws from the front fender liner.
6. Remove the front fender liner from fender.


Installation Procedure




1. Install the front fender liner to the wheelhouse opening over the stud.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the front fender liner stud nut.

Tighten the nut to 3 N.m (27 lb in).




3. Install the front fender to front liner bumper fascia bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).




4. Install the bolts to the front fender liner at the rear of fender.

Tighten the screws to 7 N.m (61 lb in).

5. Install the bolt to the front tab of the front fender liner at the lower engine compartment side rail.

Tighten the bolts to 7 N.m (61 lb in).

6. Install the front fender liner screws.

Tighten the bolts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
