Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Lower the rear door window to the full open position.




2. Remove the rear door outer belt sealing strip to rear door screw.
3. Lift up on the rear door outer belt sealing strip to remove from the rear door pinch-weld flange.

Installation Procedure




1. Align the rear door outer belt sealing strip to the rear door pinch-weld flange.
Align the rear door outer belt sealing strip with the screw hole.
2. Apply pressure to the rear door outer belt sealing strip until fully seated.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the rear door outer belt sealing strip to rear door screw.

Tighten the screw to 2 Nm (18 lb in).

4. Raise the rear door window to the full closed position.
