Instrument Panel Cluster Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

IP Cluster Replacement: Removal Procedure:

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the instrument panel (IP) cluster trim plate.
3. Remove the screws retaining the IP cluster.

IP Cluster Replacement: Removal Procedure:

4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the IP cluster.
5. Remove the cluster.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

IP Cluster Replacement: Installation Procedure:

1. Connect the electrical connector to the IP cluster.

IP Cluster Replacement: Installation Procedure:

2. Install the IP cluster into position.
3. Install the IP cluster retaining screws.

Tighten
Tighten the IP cluster retaining screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Install the IP cluster trim plate.
5. Connect the negative battery cable.
