Chart F: Improper Air Delivery (C61 Only):

Air Delivery Diagram (C61):

Check operation of valves using the Chart. Adjust Blower Speed to HI to give a strong air flow (engine warm and running at idle).

NOTE: The letters in the chart correspond to the valve positions shown in the Air Delivery Diagram.

^ If tests indicate only one valve is not operating correctly, make the following checks

- Air valve and vacuum actuator move freely.

- Vacuum hose is connected and not pinched.

- Vacuum is present when valve is moved from rest position. If vacuum is not present, replace Heater and A/C Assembly.

^ if no valves operate, check violet hose for vacuum at the Heater and A/C Control. If vacuum is not present. check hose back to engine vacuum for pinching or leaks.
