DIAGNOSIS
STEP 1. Check the incomplete release of parking brake.
If faulty, correct it. Then go to Step 3.
If normal, go to Step 2.
STEP 2. Check the incorrect parking brake adjustment.
If faulty, adjust it. Then go to Step 3.
STEP 3. Check symptoms.
Check that the malfunction is eliminated.
