Canister Purge Solenoid: Testing and Inspection

PURGE SOLENOID VALVE INSPECTION

1. Remove the purge solenoid valve. (Refer to EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM, SERVICE AND REPAIR/ENGINE COMPARTMENT AREA.)
2. Inspect air flow between ports of the solenoid valve.




3. If not as specified, replace the purge solenoid valve.
