Normal Operation
Under normal operation when the brake pedal is applied, the powertrain control module (PCM) receives battery voltage from the stoplamp switch, deactivating the speed control system. A speed control deactivator switch opens when the brake is firmly applied, deactivating the speed control.

Possible Causes
- circuit 10 (LG/RD) open
- circuit 307 (BK/YE) open
- circuit 511 (LG) open
- circuit 1003 (GY/YE) open
- speed control deactivator switch
- PCM
- speed control actuator
