Normal Operation
Under normal operation the powertrain control module (PCM) sends signals to the speed control actuator which receives the signals and adjusts the step up motor inside the speed control actuator, depending on the various inputs it has received.

Possible Causes
- circuit 133 (BK) open, short to voltage, or short to ground
- circuit 264 (WH/LB) open, short to voltage, or short to ground
- circuit 265 (LG/WH) open, short to voltage, or short to ground
- circuit 376 (BN/WH) open, short to voltage, or short to ground
- circuit 307 (BK/YE) open
- circuit 1139 (VT/YE) open
- PCM
- speed control actuator
- speed control deactivator switch
- speed control cable
