PINPOINT TEST J: DTC B1627 - PRNDL REVERSE INPUT CIRCUIT FAILURE

Normal Operation
The navigation system module receives a voltage signal from the digital transmission range (TR) sensor through circuit 140 (BK/PK) when the vehicle is placed in REVERSE. The navigation system module uses this information to verify the direction of the vehicle.

Possible Causes
- circuit 140 (BK/PK) open or short to ground
- navigation system module
