WIPER / WASHER: HEADLIGHT CLEANER MOTOR: INSTALLATION


1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY






(a) Install the headlight cleaner motor and pump together with the gasket in the direction shown in the illustration.
HINT:
Make sure the gasket is positioned as shown in the illustration.

(b) Connect the connector.
2. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY






(a) Temporarily install the windshield washer jar with the 4 bolts.
(b) Tighten the 4 bolts in the order shown in the illustration to install the windshield washer jar.
Torque: 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)
(c) Connect the headlight cleaner hose to the windshield washer jar and pump.






(d) Connect the 2 connectors.
(e) Attach the clamp.

4. FILL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY WITH WASHER FLUID Installation

5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH Installation

6. INSTALL SIDE STEP ASSEMBLY Installation

7. INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL PROTECTOR PIPE Installation

8. INSTALL FRONT FENDER MUDGUARD LH Installation

9. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation
