Power Steering Cooler - Installation

5.7L AND DIESEL





1. Install the fluid cooler (6) to the vehicle.
2. Install the three fluid cooler mounting bolts (4).
3. Install the hood latch brackets (7).





4. Reconnect the power steering cooler line (1) quick connect (2) to the fluid cooler (3).





5. Reconnect the cooler to reservoir hose (3) to the fluid cooler (1) with the spring clamp (2).

6. Refill the power steering fluid and bleed the system,Power Steering System Bleeding.
7. Start engine and check for leaks.




8. Install the grille and the 6 grille push pins (1).
9. Install the hood weather-strip seal (2) at the radiator cowl.
