Front & Rear Window Anti-Pinch




AUTO OPERATION DOES NOT OPERATE BUT MANUAL OPERATES NORMALLY

Diagnosis Procedure


1. PERFORM INITIALIZATION PROCEDURE

Initialization procedure is executed and operation is confirmed.
Refer to "ADDITIONAL SERVICE WHEN REMOVING BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL : Special Repair Requirement" Special Repair Requirement.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- INSPECTION END
NO- GO TO 2.

2. CHECK ENCODER CIRCUIT

Check encoder circuit. Refer to the following.
- Driver side: Refer to "DRIVER SIDE : Component Function Check" Front and Rear Window Anti-Pinch.
- Passenger side: Refer to "PASSENGER SIDE : Component Function Check" Front and Rear Window Anti-Pinch.
- Rear LH side: Refer to "REAR LH : Component Function Check" Component Function Check.
- Rear RH side: Refer to "REAR RH : Component Function Check" Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 3.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

3. CONFIRM THE OPERATION

Confirm the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES- Check intermittent incident. Refer to "Intermittent Incident" Intermittent Incident.
NO- GO TO 1.
