Flexplate









Removal

1. Remove the transmission. For additional information, refer to Automatic Transaxle/Transmission - TorqShift(R)6 TorqShift(R)6.

2. Remove the 10 bolts and the flexplate.
- Discard the bolts.

Installation

1. Install the flexplate and 10 new bolts. Tighten the bolts in 2 stages, in the sequence shown.
- Stage 1: Tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).

- Stage 2: Tighten to 100 Nm (74 lb-ft).
