Accessory Drive Belt - 6.7L Diesel

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the Air Cleaner (ACL) outlet pipe. For additional information, refer to Intake Air Distribution and Filtering [1][2]Diagrams.

2. Disconnect the cooling fan clutch electrical connector and remove the bracket bolt.
- To install, tighten to 24 Nm (18 lb-ft).





3. Rotate the accessory belt tensioner clockwise and remove the accessory drive belt.

4. NOTE: For additional information, refer to Accessory Drive Description and Operation in the Description and Operation information for correct drive belt routing.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
