Instrument Panel Air Outlet Ducts Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Lift up on the retaining tab and rotate the air distribution extension duct (1, 2).
3. Remove the air distribution extension duct (1, 2) from the crosscar beam.

Installation Procedure




1. Align the tabs on the air distribution extension duct (1, 2) with the slots in the crosscar beam.
2. Rotate the air distribution extension duct to secure the retaining tabs to the crosscar beam.
3. Install the I/P assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (Service and Repair).
