Table A ABS Indicator Lamp Always OFF, No DTCs

ABS/Indicator Lamp Illumination Circuit Schematic:

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
The Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM) controls the ANTILOCK indicator lamp illumination by supplying a ground to terminal B. When the vehicle is started or the ignition is turned to the RUN position, the ANTILOCK indicator should illuminate for three seconds and turn off.

DIAGNOSTIC AIDS
If the ANTILOCK indicator lamp is off always with no Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)s set (never turns on for three seconds with the vehicle started or with the ignition switch in the RUN position), there is an open in CKT 867 between the instrument cluster and the EBCM, a short to voltage in CKT 867 between the instrument cluster and the EBCM, an open GAUGES Fuse 4, an open ANTILOCK indicator lamp or the EBCM cannot turn on the ANTILOCK indicator lamp.
