Engine Mount Replacement - Right Side

Removal Procedure




1. Support the engine. Refer to Engine Support Fixture (Engine Support Fixture).
2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Service and Repair).
3. Remove the right side engine splash shield. Refer to Engine Splash Shield Replacement - Right Side (Engine Splash Shield Replacement - Right Side).
4. Remove the engine mount to engine mount bracket nuts (1).
5. Remove the engine mount to cradle frame nuts (1).
6. Lower the vehicle part way.
7. Using the support fixture, raise the engine and remove the mount.

Installation Procedure





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

1. Install the engine mount (3) to the lower bracket and tighten the nuts to 50 Nm (38 lb ft).
2. Install the lower bracket bolts (2).

* Tighten the bottom bolt to 50 Nm (38 lb ft).
* Tighten the bottom bolt to 50 Nm (38 lb ft).

3. Install the upper engine mount bracket nuts and tighten to 50 Nm (38 lb ft).
4. Install the upper engine mount bracket bolts (1) and tighten to 50 Nm (38 lb ft).
5. Lower the vehicle.
6. Remove the engine support. Refer to Engine Support Fixture (Engine Support Fixture).
