Removing and Installing Cassette ( Condenser for Air Conditioner)


Remove radiator.

NOTE:
The condenser for the A/C system is integrated in the cassette.
At the same time, depending on the model of the vehicle, the individual coolers for steering hydraulics, automatic transmission and engine oil are installed in the cassette.







Disconnect lines for power steering and if necessary engine and transmission oil coolers.







Installation:
Replace sealing rings.







Draw off refridgerant from A/C system.

Remove lines from air conditioner.

Installation:
Replace sealing rings.

Evacuate and fill A/C system.







Tilt cassette backwards slightly and lift upwards to remove.







Installation:
Note rubber mounts on front wall.







Installation:
Check rubber mounts on left and right sides.







Installation:
Install cassette in left and right retainers and push forwards as far as it will go.







Installation:
Check rubber profile seals.
