Left Timing Chain Cover, Tightening Specifications and Sequence





- Tighten bolts to 9 Nm in the sequence - 1 to 8 -.

Right Timing Chain Cover, Tightening Specifications and Sequence





- Tighten bolts to 9 Nm in the sequence - 1 to 8 -.

Lower Timing Chain Cover, Tightening Specifications and Sequence





- Replace the M6 bolts - 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 and 10 - and - arrows -.

- Tighten bolts in 6 stages as follows:

- Pre-tighten the bolts - arrows - to 5 Nm.

- Tighten the bolts - 1 to 10 - in a diagonal sequence to 8 Nm using a torque wrench.

- Tighten bolts - arrows - to 8 Nm.

- Tighten the M8 bolts - 2, 6 and 7 - in a diagonal sequence to 22 Nm.

- Tighten the M6 bolts - 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 and 10 - an additional 90° in a diagonal sequence.

- Tighten the bolts - arrows - an additional 90°.

Spur Gear Unit, Tightening Specifications and Sequence





- Tighten the bolts - 1 to 6 - in a diagonal sequence to 22 Nm using a torque wrench.

Left Cylinder Head Cover, Tightening Specifications and Sequence





- Tighten bolts to 9 Nm in the sequence - 1 to 15 -.

Right Cylinder Head Cover, Tightening Specifications and Sequence





- Tighten bolts to 9 Nm in the sequence - 1 to 16 -.

Cylinder Head, Tightening Specifications and Sequence





- Replace bolts - 1 through 10 -.

- Replace bolts - arrows -.

- Tighten bolts in 5 stages in - 1 to 5 - sequence as follows:

- Insert bolts by hand as far as stop.

- Tighten the bolts to 30 Nm.

- Tighten the bolts to 60 Nm.

- Tighten the bolts an additional 90°.

- Tighten the bolts an additional 90°.

- Tighten bolts - arrows - to 8 Nm.

- Tighten the bolts - arrows - an additional 90°.

Guide Frame Tightening Specifications and Sequence





- Tighten bolts in 2 stages in - 1 to 24 - sequence as follows.

- Install bolts by hand as far as stop.

- Tighten the bolts to 8 Nm.
