Radiator Replacement
1. Drain the engine coolant Service and Repair.
2. Remove the bulkhead cover Front Bulkhead Cover Replacement.
3. Do the battery removal procedure Removal and Replacement.
4. Remove the battery base Engine Removal.
5. Remove the A/C condenser fan shroud assembly. Radiator and A/C Condenser Fan, Motor, and Shroud Removal and Installation.
6. Remove the radiator fan shroud assembly Radiator and A/C Condenser Fan, Motor, and Shroud Removal and Installation.
7. Disconnect the lower radiator hose (A).
8. Remove the power steering (P/S) hose clamp (B).
9. Disconnect the automatic transmission fluid (ATF) cooler hoses (C) from the transmission, then plug the ATF cooler hoses and the lines.
10. Disconnect the ATF cooler hoses (A), then plug the ATF cooler hoses and the lines.
11. Remove the radiator upper brackets (A), then pull up the radiator (B).
12. Remove the other parts from the radiator.
13. Install the radiator in the reverse order of removal. Make sure the upper and lower cushions are set securely.
14. Install the battery base Engine Installation.
15. Do the battery installation procedure Removal and Replacement.
16. Refill the transmission with ATF ATF Level Check.
17. Fill the radiator with engine coolant, and bleed the air from the cooling system Service and Repair.
18. Clean up any spilled engine coolant.
